I'm Monica—Owner of Private Eyes Studios LLC, Multi‑Certified Lash Technician, and Licensed Aesthetician. I bring over 20 years of experience training others across Hospitality, Law Enforcement, Information Technology, and Education. I’ve taught hundreds of students in settings ranging from one‑on‑one coaching to large classroom and auditorium environments. Over the years, I’ve invested in ongoing education focused on communication and instructional methods so I can share information clearly, effectively, and with purpose. I’m confident that the skills and techniques I’ve mastered can help you grow, too.
My Journey
I entered the beauty industry in 2017 after deciding it was time to pursue something I truly wanted—not something I felt obligated to do. My first lash extension course gave me a foundation, but it also opened my eyes to how much more there was to learn. From that moment on, I committed myself to continuous training in lash application, advanced techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.
That commitment eventually led me to create my own lash extension curriculum—one that includes the deeper knowledge, structure, and support I wish I had when I started. I’ve developed my own methods, techniques, and training materials to give my students a strong, confident start in their careers

Training Schedule
Classroom training is held on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional availability on Fridays and Mondays. All classroom sessions are dedicated solely to instruction—training is never conducted while I am serving other clients. This ensures you receive my full attention and a focused learning environment.
Why Train With Private Eyes?
My training goes beyond the basics. I take the extra time and steps necessary to ensure you’re truly prepared to perform these services with confidence and skill. You’ll complete additional model applications so you can fully understand and apply the concepts—not just rush through them.
Some training programs offer a quick practice session and then hand you a certificate. I don’t believe that approach sets you—or your future clients—up for success. My goal is to help you become one of the most skilled, knowledgeable artists in the industry, equipped with both technique and confidence

Classic Lash Extension Training

Learn the fundamentals of Classic lash extension application through a comprehensive, hands‑on training experience designed to build confidence, skill, and long‑term success.

• Two full days of classroom and practical instruction, focused on technique, safety, and real‑world application.
• Three required full‑set model applications completed at my studio, scheduled by you during my regular hours of operation.
• Classic Eyelash Technician Certificate awarded upon successful completion of all training requirements.

Russian Volume Lash Extension Training

This training teaches you the techniques needed to safely and effectively perform these services, which are perfect for clients who want a natural enhancement without extensions.

• Proper lash lifting technique to create a natural, eye‑opening curl
• Lash tinting methods that deepen and define the lashes for a mascara‑like effect
