About Your Trainer
Hello! I'm Monica, the Owner, Multi-Certified Lash Technician and Licensed Aesthetician at Private Eyes Studios LLC. I have over 20 years experience training others in the fields of Hospitality, Law Enforcement, Information Technology and Education. I've trained hundreds of people ranging from one on one sessions to over 100 people in a classroom and auditorium setting. I also have taken several courses over the years to improve my knowledge in the area of information sharing to ensure that I'm doing my very best in teaching others. I've learned many methods and techniques and am confident that I can help you learn these skills!
I started my journey into the Beauty industry in 2017 after deciding that it was time for me to do something that I wanted to do, not something I felt I had to do. I obtained my training for lash extensions by taking a course through a local lash artist and aesthetician. Upon completion of this training I quickly realized this was only a foundation and I had much more to learn. I set out to do as much training and education on Lash Extensions as I could take in. I continue to expand my knowledge of application, techniques, products and market demand. This realization that I still had so much to learn prompted me to create my own curriculum for Lash Extension training so that I could give others the additional knowledge I wished I had when I started out. I have also developed my own methods, techniques and training materials.
I don't want to just train you. I want to be there for you, mentor you along the way. When you take training with me you're getting so much more. However, it's not just on me. You will also need to be dedicated and willing to learn. You will need to put in the time and practice. I believe that we, both men and women, in the industry need to promote and help each other rise up to success! Classes Available
Classroom days are Saturday and Sunday. I occasionally have openings for classroom days on Friday and Monday as well. Classroom training is not conducted while I am serving other clients.
Why Private Eyes training? I take extra time and steps to ensure that you are ready to perform these services. I require additional model applications to ensure you have a solid grasp of the concepts. Other training agencies may just have you do a quick practice and then certify you. To me this is not fair to you or your future customers. I strive to make you one of the best in the industry.

Classic Lash Extensions
You'll learn the technique for Classic lash extension application. This class includes your kit with high quality professional grade supplies that you'll be able to use for lashing others, not just for training. The Classic lash kit has a value of over $725. The training is two days in classroom and practical. After your classroom and practical training you'll be required to complete three full sets of lashes on models that you provide. These models will be completed at my studio as scheduled by you, within my hours of operation. Upon successful completion you will receive your classic eyelash technician certificate. You will obtain information on the proper cleansing, application and removal of lash extensions. In addition, you'll be given business advice, marketing and promotional tools. You will receive access to an online file sharing of my business, marketing, intake, consult, cancellation agreement, treatment record and model agreement forms. You also have the option of shadowing for additional days at no extra cost. Additional classroom hours available at a cost. Requires 50% deposit prepaid at least three weeks in advance. Russian Volume Lash Extensions
You'll learn the art and technique for Russian Volume lash extension application. This is a highly skilled and rarely taught method of creating volume. Due to the beauty of the fluff and volume created by this application and the ability to safely apply lash extensions it is a highly sought method of lash extensions. In the United States this is a technique that has been put aside for a cheaper and easier way of applying premade fans and clusters, an application that can be dangerous and damaging to your natural lash. At Private Eyes we believe in teaching the Russian Volume technique to bring prestige to the American eyelash extension profession. This is the safest and longest lasting form of volume lash extensions. Your clients will be thankful for your skill. This class includes your volume kit with high quality professional grade supplies that you'll be able to use for lashing others. The Volume lash kit has a value of over $175. The training is one day in classroom and practical. After your classroom and practical training you'll be required to complete three full sets of lashes on models that you provide. These models will be completed at my studio as scheduled by you, within my hours of operation. Upon successful completion you will receive your Russian Volume eyelash technician certificate. You will obtain information on the proper cleansing, application and removal of lash extensions. In addition, you'll be given business advice, marketing and promotional tools. You will receive access to an online file sharing of my business, marketing, intake, consult, cancellation agreement, treatment record and model agreement forms. You'll learn the art and technique for both Classic and Russian Volume lash extension application. Includes everything listed in the Classic and Russian Volume classes above. Requires 50% deposit prepaid at least three weeks in advance. Contact Private Eyes Studio for booking inquiries. Discounts may be given for groups. Class length is three days. This will require additional at home study. Save $298 by booking the combo class.
Discounted rate for combo class is only given when these are booked together as one class.

Lash Lift, Lash Tint, Brow Tint
You'll learn the art and technique for lifting lashes, tinting lashes and tinting brows. These are great services for those that already have great lashes but they just need a little lift added to them to make them more noticeable and the tint add on to the lifting really helps the lashes be seen. Brow tinting is fabulous, it helps make those little seen hairs be seen and complete the brow. Requires 50% deposit prepaid at least three weeks in advance. Contact Private Eyes Studio for booking inquiries. Discounts may be given for groups. Class length is a half day plus the additional time required for completing your model for certification.
